The Dialogues: Navigating Gender and Race at Work grew out of conversations among students, faculty, and staff at Brandeis University about how to facilitate learning and connection around questions of diversity in the workplace. We aim to promote dialogue and learning as well as relationships among all of these groups, in addition to alumni and professional partners.
